Departure explores the themes of illusion and hallucination. The works comment on the legitimacy of perception, challenging the notion of surrounding, presenting it as something subjective and constructed by psychological states. This series reflects on the relationship between the mind and it´s context. These distorted landscapes are a personal reflexion, a group of faceless self portraits.
